The company’s 475 employees regularly give of their time, talent and financial resources to support a wide array of civic organizations and not-for-profit charitable organizations, serving hundreds of thousands of neighbors in need.

Many Marshall & Sterling employees also serve on governing Boards of Directors and other volunteer committees in support of these organizations. Each year, Marshall & Sterling and its employees donated hundreds of thousands of dollars, and spend thousands of man-hours giving back to social causes.
