To give you an example, Hurricane Sandy did a great deal of damage to our property. It was devastating. As soon as we called Steve, he was right on it. He came by and helped us get a restoration company to start repairing the damages. The entire process took two years to complete. From sitting in on meetings with adjustors, to working hard on our claim with the insurance companies, from beginning to end, Steve did more than expected to ensure all our needs were being met. Thanks to Steve, we didn't need to pay for an outside adjustor. He walked us through everything and wore multiple hats to save us time and money. He does things like this because he wants the best for his clients. He doesn't have to, but he does. What more could we ask for.

“I called Missy Drobysh and told her I received a letter from my mortgage company which stated that I did not have homeowners insurance. I asked if I could immediately bring her the letter and she said of course. I got to her office at 11:40 A.M. and by 11:55 A.M. when I left she had spoken with my mortgage company, faxed them the information and resolved the question of my having coverage on my home. I would like to say this was not only handled quickly, which is an understatement; but with professionalism and expertise.
