The Marshall & Sterling team is here to serve you, which includes assisting you in the event of an unfortunate incident. If a loss occurs, please follow the steps highlighted in this guide.

Your insurance contract requires that you report all claims promptly. Therefore, contact us as soon as possible after a loss and we will report your claim to the insurance company and apprise you of what to expect next. An insurance company claims adjuster will be assigned to handle your claim and will be instrumental in settling your claim.
