Important News for CDPHP Members

CDPHP groups that have been terminated for non-payment of premiums and want to be reinstated will now be subject to a reinstatement fee. The additional fee will be $10 per subscriber, beginning with groups with invoices dated September 1, 2016. The fee will be due at the time of reinstatement.

As a reminder,  CDPHP groups can pay their premiums online by logging into theemployer site, or via wire transfer. CDPHP also offers electronic funds transfer (EFT) for small groups. Please note that groups with HRAs or FSAs (with the exception of Embrace Health) need to have the same bank account set-up for both their medical plan and funding account(s) in order to enroll in EFT.

Please contact your Marshall & Sterling account representative if you have additional questions.
