Dave Horton

Dave Horton is a Senior Sales Executive with the Specialty Risks Division of Marshall & Sterling. A veteran of Marshall & Sterling Insurance for more than 25 years, Dave specializes in all lines of commercial insurance programs with an emphasis on municipalities and public entities, as well as the commercial construction and contracting industries. Dave provides a broad range of commercial liability coverages, workers’ compensation, risk analysis and loss control services, as well as safety policies and programs.

Dave is licensed by the New York State Insurance Department as a Property and Casualty Broker, and is a Certified Insurance Counselor. He is active in the community, having served on the Board of Directors for the Hospice Foundation, Families First New York and Hudson Valley Renegades Pitch for Kids Foundation. Dave is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
